It really depends on the scope of work. However, most works would require at least a permit to work (PTW) that is issued by the Management or Building Owner.
A retail renovation in Singapore typically includes pre-planning, 3D artist impressions, and other relevant fitting-out works. We also have to plan all necessary submissions to be delivered to the relevant authorities as well as management and building (M&E) services, such as fire sprinklers, submissions for SCDF and FSSB, and fire safety certificate applications.
